IFM response is not professional. Yes there are some bad apples out there. The very least you are due for lip service as [MENTION=32644]demue[/MENTION] pointed.

Spot on response. They seems to be dispensing vouchers that get you to spend more, rather than doing part of their job description. Maybe Writing off those vouchers are easier than inspecting whole plane cleanliness 😅
