Whilst on the topic, what would be the situation if i had a basic economy ticket and flew lax - lhr - dub on AA transatlantic and BA between lhr - dub? Would the free bag be stopped by the BA leg as they don’t give it on hand baggage only fares for elites or would I be fine as it’s an AA codeshare?
