1 hour is plenty of time, as the flight schedule padding (for the punctuality thing) is approx 30 minutes (that's to say you generally arrive 20-30 minutes before scheduled arrival time). In that route with plenty of flights they are quite good handling the low possibility misconnection.

The Lounge is indeed nothing to write home about, but anyway that's a somewhat tight connection to enjoy any lounge.
