I suspect it’s an issue that stems from when virgin used to change your account number when you changed status, now they don’t. My hunch is that the database that is shared with KLM/AF by virgin doesn’t update the status correctly when the number doesn’t change. I have the same issue - my status according to KLM hasn’t updated when I became gold with virgin
