Yep, I’ve had the same issue since virgin joined sky team. I went back and forth between klm and virgin with both blaming each other. Still doesn’t work properly. Sometimes I do get sky priority showing a few days before travel, others I don’t. Checkin can’t do anything either but generally I’ve been able to get fast track security or lounge access by showing my card on the virgin app and being nice.
I did ask virgin to change my flying club account number as I suspected this would force thru the correct status but they wouldn’t
