Let's put it this way - I have a conference in LA in November. I was looking to book two nights at a luxury property in the area before the conference. Would many of you recommend I avoid the Waldorf BH because of this "dragon" and complaints about the F&B credit (remember the Waldorf Astoria breakfast benefit / credit has been the same for years - there was never a "free breakfast")? Or should I book and enjoy good service, great hard product, nice scenery from the rooftop, etc?
