I didn’t get it sorted, and I’m on the return leg with Air France today and same - both App BPs and paper BPs state Virgin Silver. I’m in business so it doesn’t really matter, though it’s always good to have the correct status level in case of IRROPs. I don’t know if AF and KLM reserve certain seats for STE+ or if they prioritise meal choices by status, though the meal on the long haul is pre-ordered.

I was planning to ask at check in here in YVR but the staff seemed a bit harassed and not very friendly! I then thought I would ask in the ST lounge if there was a service desk but it appears not. Will plan to ask in Paris….

I would like to get it sorted before a short haul trip in economy on KLM in November.
