Nrt has UA +3 NH lounges. UA has some tarmac view, the main NH has some more tarmac view but the other two NH don't have windows (so quite stuffy).

Hnd has one NH at T2 and 2 in T3(intl)., the T3 one have good tarmac view/window

Both NRT and HND use the same PDF menu, I believe the main NRT NH used to have sushi, haven't been there recently though.

Can't say for crowding either. I think NRT afternoon bank flights (UA+NH both banking ) is worse than HND.
