Have you flown Rouge Y? The only seats where the distance from my hip to my knee is greater than the seat pitch is bulkhead or (preferably) exit row. Sounds like the WiFi was inop as well, probably because telling pax to go to "rougewifi.com" would not be a good look. If I was hopping on a 4 hour flight without knowing any of this I wouldn't be particularly happy either.
