Applied for renewal (2nd renewal) Aug 23, 2022
Conditional Approval Aug 20, 2023
Scheduled interview for Sept 27, 2023
Approved Sept 11, 2023.

So 54-55 weeks for final approval.
So happy I don't have to go to Detroit for an interview!

(I travel to a lot of SE Asia countries for diving; son who also travels to SE Asia for diving applied about 3 months after I did and has not yet gotten any approval; my sister got immediate approval but she travels to Europe once a year.)

(Conflated my passport renewal with my GE)
