In my experience, the avios are usually in your account before the cash, whichever cancellation method you use. If I were you, I would try either another live chat or call, and they should be able to deposit them whilst you are talking as it's obvious the cancellation has been processed now. Be sure to call the Privilege Club number shown on your account dashboard though rather than the general number, or ask the live chat to put you through to a Privilege Club agent. Regular reservations agents can't deal with this. Good luck!
