Comments: Staff were great. Good upgrade. Room decor was spare but room itself nice enough, with a small sitting area in the window. Surrounded by taller buildings so there will be no views. No doorman, which is not right at this price point. Had dinner at Zou Zou - food was just weird but my server was delightful. Breakfast in the hotel was chaotic, with inadequate staff. Food was meh, but again a very charming server saved the meal. I didn't like the Hudson Yards location at all - doesn't feel like NYC, filled with tourists. It's relatively subway convenient with both Penn Station and the new Hudson Yards station 1.5 blocks away.
