Very attentive staff.

Very good breakfast with à la carte eggs menu, solid evening cold/hot options.

What was good and what was bad?
Good
- Wonderful staff: attentive, smiling, very professional
- Always a pleasure to be welcomed without saying your name, with card ready, check-in with a big smile, in just a breeze and the magic: you have of course the late checkout until 4pm guaranteed, but if you need it a bit longer before your flight, it is of course with pleasure.
- Very nice accommodations
- Central location, 15 minutes walk to the Bairro Alto historical district. Metro station and shared-bike station are at 5 minutes walk to the hotel
- Very pleasant club lounge and suite.

- Nothing.

Absolutely. InterContinental Lisbon is a great hotel, very high quality of service and nice accomodations.
