I am booked on a JFK-FLL flight tonight - and I had deleted my Delta number from the reservation because I wanted to credit it to a different program. I was unable to add the Kenya Asante Number (DL still wants flying blue) so I decided to check in without a FF# and see if I can manually credit it later. When I checked in I realized this must have wiped my GE number for TSA pre. So I asked Twitter team to enter it back in. They claimed they did. Now when I try to refresh the boarding pass I get an error - and if I go to check-in - I get the below

This was from web site, app has similar error. What are the odds I can get on a flight with my old boarding pass. I am currently on the SIN-JFK flight and have limited time to mess with this on the ground.
