This is fraud. Fin 252 operated AC177 YYZ to YEG tonight and is definitely Rouge configured. This was the WORST flight in many years. 2:50 delay with arrival after 2am. No wifi and no entertainment of any kind - if there was streaming like I thought was the case on Rouge it was announced as not operating. Only 1 drink service. Crew was in AC uniforms.

The seats on this plane are very uncomfortable, especially for 4 hours! I don’t book Rouge because I hate the planes. This fin and 251 which went tech are not labeled as Rouge and the flights are not marketed as Rouge. When you look at flight status on the app, these Fins show up in AC colours. I now know a flight in Oct I am on is also on one of these torture planes as the seat chart gives it away (but no other hints). I will be writing in as this is pure misrepresentation. Lots of unhappy passengers tonight and AC could care less!
