I have a local rental I would like to do anytime in the next, say, 15-18 days. Sort-of preferably on a weekday but a little flexible there. I am wondering what day(s) and time(s) I should go for best PC selection (would ideally like a large luxury SUV although i know I cannot reserve that without paying directly for it, so looking at maximizing chances via PC since money is tight right now).

DCA is my closest, but BWI could probably be okay if the selection is vastly better. Dulles, I would do if I can return elsewhere in downtown DC, which is a deal they used to have at a fixed rate including gas as long as you stayed 24 hours / included a Saturday night.

Should I just stick with DCA? Any idea when prices will come down, or should I use points?
