No.....If there was I was not told about it as a LTT. Only Marriott group hotel I have stayed at in FRA that had a lounge was the Westin and I wasn't impressed. Honestly I do not get the appeal of lounges and picking properties based on if they have a lounge. Elite breakfast in the restaurants are so much better and for lunch and dinner I wouldn't even think of eating in a lounge when there are so many interesting options outside of the hotels. In Frankfurt, I would much rather pick up a Bratwurst and Brötchen at a stand in the pedestrian zone than eat anything in a lounge.
I think some of the desire for a lounge is based on the free booze in the PM
Always enjoyed a beer in the old Marriott lounge overlooking the train station with a view almost to the airport - sadly the M Club is now a windowless bunker on the ground floor...
