Yeah. It's bad. Very bad.

Was downgraded a month ago on a redemption flight (from First to Business). Asked for a refund and where the cash (tax portion) was refunded almost immediately. The miles were not refunded until a month later (which was shocking).

Get used to it, it's not the best program, hence why the country is creating a new airline due to Saudia being unfixable at so many levels.
