Does anybody know how cold the air conditioning in the Hilton Garden Inn Kyoto can get?

I'm one of those people who wants to sleep in a cold room, and many places in Japan think you want a hot room. Has anybody been to the HGI Kyoto and pressed the down button on the AC as much as they can? How far down does it go, and does the room actually reach that temperature?

I stayed at the (non Hilton, but Flyertalk sure loves it) Cross earlier but it only goes down to 20 C.
