Was matched from Sixt Platinum Hertz President Circle and made a reservation on Hertz.com for a four day rental at London Heathrow. My reservation confirmations shows "Gold service not confirmed" and "Service Type: Standard Counter". Does that mean I will not be able to use my benefits?
