ORD-LAX 7:40pm departure. PDB was water or sparkling wine. Pre-orderd the "BBQ grilled chicken thighs", which ended up being useless because the FA said pre-ordering was all messed up that night. They went front to back and it was still available by the time they got to row 5. Wouldn't say the BBQ sauce is particularly flavorful but I was satisfied overall, especially given the other pre-order options.
