I booked booked through AMEX FHR, Upgrade if available is one of the benefit for FHR. I didn't demand a suite upgrade, I asked for a Park View King Deluxe room, which was available in paid upgrade, but the front desk staff lied to me saying that no Park View Deluxe room available.
