Aircraft fuselage: Cut here in emergency
Just enjoying the LIS bus gate experience again, so had a lot of time looking at a BA Airbus 320 frame and noticed that it has red markings with the Label "cut here in emergency" at the front and back.

Is the hull in those places different from the rest of the fuselage?
