HI's in The Philippines tend to be frequented by better off Pinoy Staycationers. You may need to check on TA and read between the lines.

Yes it is near the Ayala mall from just checking. But Cebu City itself is a bit dull....

We tend towards the Marco Polo - but is a bit out of town and even on Club level it at best "average".

The airport is not one of the third world's best. LOL Suspect it may still have a departure tax only payable with cash?
