Yes. You can use any checkpoint at DFW and all terminals are connected via Skylink.
I generally park/clear TSA in D, regardless of which terminal I'm flying out of. It's just a bit more civil.

If you wanted to burn off your meal, you could even walk, as D and C are connected via a pedestrian bridge. 20/25 minute walk from D to E.
