You get the Priority Pass card that gets you 10 lounge visits per year with the Surpass card and unlimited visits with up to 2 guests with the Aspire card. Neither Priority Pass gets restaurant perks.
Since you don't fly much, the lesser card probably gets you all you could ever want especially since the lounge availability on Priority Pass is modest domestically and members visits seem quite constrained by capacity controls.
