British Airways' First class washbags are getting a makeover. Continuing the relationship with Anya Hindmarch, the kits have been re-designed by the influential bag designer with products from Aroma Therapeutics, Elgydium, Carmex, D R Harris and for the first time, Eve Lom.

The new bag and contents reflect the high quality style that is synonymous with British Airways' First class. The design is classic, harking back to the glamorous beginnings of commercial air travel. In Anya Hindmarch's recognised finish, the front of the unisex bag will carry a photograph of a Stratoscruiser from British Airways' predecessor airline, BOAC. The kit will be finished in taupe, to complement Kelly Hoppen's First class interior.

Each customer will be presented with a bag when they board containing the general basics of socks, eyeshades, Carmex lip balm, Eve Lom eye gel, Aroma Therapeutics sleep enhancer, Aroma Therapeutics moisture mist, toothbrush, Elgydium toothpaste and D R Harris mouthwash.

For the first time a dedicated male and female pouch will be also added. The ladies pouch will contain Eve Lom cleanser, Eve Lom day cream and Eve Lom muslin cloth whilst the gentlemen will receive a razor and D R Harris shaving cream.

The products complement British Airways’ commitment to the well-being of its passengers by helping the skin to cope with the stresses of air travel.

The previous washbags have attained something of a cult status amongst travellers and this updated version will provide customers with a new addition to their collection.
