Haven't seen anyone comment on this hotel in a while. The rooms feel a little worn and past their prime, but you won't notice if you're in an Ocean View room; the views are absolutely gorgeous. The staff couldn't be more helpful. I had a couple of 4am conference calls and took them in the hotel lobby so I didn't disturb my partner. The hotel staffter brought me coffee, water, and chocolate, which was so kind of her. In the dining room at breakfast they clear plates instantly and bring you whatever you need in mere moments. Incredibly attentive considering it's a buffet breakfast! It's a level of service I expect from a higher level of hotel. I've been very impressed.
