One thing I've noticed while searching is that it won't search the calendar correctly - it gives no flights. But if you search a single day with availability, it will show up in the results. Not sure if it's phantom award or not, but it also shows up on both British airways and AA as available flights with a certain # of seats left. I don't think these are phantom, but haven't actually booked the flight yet.
