As Cow rightly points out, to create another tier of *A you'd need the whole alliance to commit to an additional tier of perk delivery, which isn't realistic.

I think quite a few people in this thread are severely overestimating the customer-value that 150,000 SQM represents.

I'd think 250,000 would be a bare minimum, and BTW that tier already comes with the considerable and exclusive perk of a banked year of SE.
