Prague and Strasbourg on the Deutschland Ticket? Only if you travel in 1942. You have to buy a ticket from Prague to the border (or if you're not on a regional train, to the German station where you get off the train), and from the border to Strasbourg as well. Whether your ticket will be checked between Kehl and Strasbourg is another question altogether.

And you can't buy a Deutschland Ticket for one month. It's a rolling monthly subscription that can be cancelled until the 10th of each month effective next month, so remember to cancel by December 10th.
