Stayed here this week (September 2023) and had a fantastic stay at this property. Hotel is walking distance to most major attractions in Antwerp.

Was upgraded to their Diamond Suite as a Lifetime Titanium Guest on the 2nd floor (top floor right wing). This is their highest category suite on site and has an open layout (room 236).




The suite also has a dining, living room, and kitchen area with 2 refrigerator.





All non-alcoholic beverages are complimentary and refillable.


You also get a small black pouch. And inside are sequences. The large one is complimentary alcoholic beverages of your choice in the bar. And the smaller ones are belgian chocolates and dessert.

Certain elites get complimentary breakfast PLUS Welcome Amenity (1000 points or 8 euros off). They are excellent for vegetarians. The vast, vast majority are vegetarian options.





The hotel itself is amazing and has one of the kindest and happiest staffs Worldwide (and i have been to 105 countries).





Would definitely stay here again whenever in Antwerp
