Changing an Avios ticket once the outbound has been flown
One of my sons is in Europe and wants to return a few days early. Though he has his own BAEC account and is in our HH account, I purchased the ticket (in Y) and he has flown the outbound. I see availability (some Y but mostly in J) for the dates he wants. However I cannot do it online (get a msg to say call in). My question (have looked at the sticky, but not clear to me) can he do it online himself? Or can he call in?
