I requested a change (of airport) to an itinerary to Japan over the phone, and it turns out the agent downgraded my ticket from the changeable fare I had to this non-changeable fare while changing the routing. I was given no warning and have just noticed a week later. Not sure if calling in again will fix the problem, but a heads up that I think even '1K line' phone agents aren't all aware of this issue.
Both legs to nonchangeable?
On the website when you buy brand new ticket , the website checks and refuses to mix non-changeable & changeable fares.
When I try to change my existing ticket, it didn't display the non-changeable fare
