223’s come up as options for more of my travel these days, so wondering if 6’4” would like 12A if UG request fails.
5'10" so legroom is not as big an issue for me as it would be for you. I also wanted to sit in 12A as I had a connection but I usually avoid bulkheads as I like to stretch my legs out under the seat in front of me.
