As with all communications with QR, keep it short, clear and only related to this one issue (agents all have different first languages and long flowery wording can be easily misinterpreted). Somethig along the lines of - "I took my first flight with Qatar Airways on 7 August 2022. By 27 July 2023 I had accrued 302 Qpoints in my Privilege Club account. My understanding from the Privilege Club terms and conditions is that accruing 300 Qpoints in any 12 month period will upgrade my membership tier to Gold, but mine is still at Silver. I have attached an activity statement showing all of the accrued Qpoints during the 12 month period. Please could you look into this for me? Thanks very much"
