Yeah, but since customer-unfriendly policies are Ryanair's way of extracting more profit, it's wishful thinking to suggest that Ryanair care at all whether some people simply refuse to fly with them.
It's not too dissimilar to phishing scams on the internet. They are often full of spelling errors because they are targeting an ignorant + greedy subset of the population, of which there are more than enough...
