Chat with Us Options / Where on Website? / Useful?
Was trying to find options for Chat with Us... so far only on App. ARe there other ways?
Searched the forum also and saw references to it but not specifics.
And, have people had good experience fixing things?
Can the Chat with Us agents fix tickets, change mileage tickets (including adding segments), etc?
