little confused about this;
from DOT:
"Airlines are required to compensate passengers for reasonable, verifiable, and actual incidental expenses that they may incur while their bags are delayed"

Your bags were delayed 6 days, but you were at home. What did you need to replace? Did you pack every last pair of underwear you owned?
