Doubt the original ticket fare rules would allow a routing thru DXB but a pretty good chance for LX or LH USA-EU. But an F fare is likely to exceed the credit significantly.

As this is a partial flown flight credit, the replacement return segment needs to be a carrier and a routing allowed by the original ticket.
