Unfortunately, you’ve got two things working against you: SQ generally won’t allow other airlines to issue discount tickets on its flights, and fares added to partially-used tickets have to be combinable with the flights you’ve already taken. Generally, that means LH group — although LH F is a potential possibility, particularly if you connect to another UA flight before or after it.
+1 - OP -- If you want a great flight check out LX via ZRH to places in the EU in F -- or maybe they woud let you continue on th DXB in F (my favorite LX routing) -- as pointed out you are pretty much stuck with LH if you want to splurge since it's a flight credit and not a new ticket.... ...
