We seem to be in the same boat. It's a bit surprising that Lufthansa has waited until this late stage to involve a lawyer in a rather straightforward EU261/UK261 case (mine involves downgrade and delay). On the other hand, this is certainly a strategy being adopted by Lufthansa and not just a coincidence. Have you requested a warrant?
