Lufthansa has (finally) engaged a lawyer who sent me a letter stating their intention to set aside the CCJ. The letter requested that I provide my small claim details and communications with Lufthansa (I was a bit surprised to see this, as if the lawyer has not received any information from Lufthansa), and they asked me not to request a Warrant. Interestingly, when I emailed their lawyer, I learned that he is currently on annual leave and won't be back for a week. It's worth noting that the deadline I initially mentioned to Lufthansa for requesting a Warrant has already passed.

Now, the question is, should I wait for the lawyer to return, proceed with their attempt to set aside the CCJ, and see what the outcome is, or should I choose to request the Warrant now?
