Wow.
I'd certainly take a nap in that time and mess up the sheets and maybe take a shower, too.
I can't believe they'd rather clean two rooms than one from me that day.
the front desk was rude so I asked to speak to a manager.
The (really nice) rooms controller came out and told the rude lady “We have to be nice to the guests; go take a break. You me and (inaudible name) will take this up later!”
she then proceeded to apologize and explain they had given me the nicest room in that category of suite and they had promised that specific room to someone checking in.
I wasn’t super happy, but I understood and didn’t give her any grief. I merely asked that she help re-train the first front desk associate on how to interact with customers.
