Good eyes on the liveries! Yes, there are Alitalia A319, TUI 737, and an Iberia A319 (I think).
That definitely puts it in Europe. Any guess for a slightly narrower region, like say within 200 miles? I think there's only one area of a few hundred miles with weather, contrails and traffic like that.
And I was figuring time of day might indicate I was going other direction (morning Europe arrival), but looks like that is too hard to see in the photos.
