I forgot to add, if you have a car...the hotel has two parking locations...underground and offsite structure (Q Park Christchurch). I'd call a few minutes before arrival to check if they have space underground, since it tends to fill up. The off-site structure is about 7-10min walk away. Both are comped if you're a glob on award.
