YQ doesn't change much on IB metal. It's mostly taxation differences. Plus the extra Avios the further you get away from MAD.
Be careful with low-frequency routes such as DUB-MAD, where a schedule change / cancellation can screw up your entire itinerary. (or open opportunities for re-routing, depending on your stomach for uncertainty)
