I will say the same thing I say in the Marriott forum regarding Tokyo hotels. There is no value to be had with the current prices the large chains are charging. Save your money, stay at a Japanese hotel like the Royal Park or Mitsui Garden for less than 20,000/night with breakfast and you’ll have a similar experience with lots more money in your pocket.

IHG isn’t quite as bad as Bonvoy with their pricing and I did stay at IC Tokyo Bay earlier this year for under 30,000 but now the rates aren’t worth it.
