If possible, I would recommend avoiding Royal Air Maroc (RAM). I've taken 11 flights in the past 8 months, all in business class to destinations in West Africa, and the service has been consistently poor and unpredictable.

During one layover, I tried the transit hotel provided by RAM near the airport, and it was quite disappointing. The quality of the food offered during the transit was abysmal, and the rooms were basic and lacked comfort.

It's worth noting that the way RAM treats its passengers bound for Africa is regrettable, and at times, it appears to be discriminatory.

I have lodged multiple complaints with RAM's customer service based on my experiences, but I have never received any acknowledgment or response.

Unless RAM significantly improves its services, I would recommend exploring alternative airlines whenever possible.
