Round trip US-DEL-US business class with lie-flat seats in business class has been available for as little as around $2160-$2300 this summer. Wouldn’t surprise me if February 2024 trips booked during mid-November to early January are more expensive than that but there should be some good round trip business class deals then too.

Around 140k AF/KL points + c. $625 can get a one way business class ticket for NYC-Europe-DEL. Add in possible Amex to AF/KL transfer bonuses and you could save some Amex points that way.

Using AV/Lifemiles to book premium cabin space on these routes when not doing the discounted regular paid business class tickets for US-DEL is also a good possibility, but sometimes the best options for that open up closer to departure.
